WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO WHEN THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED?
Collect the package with reserve so you can calmly check the integrity (you have 2 days). Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
If you notice that the number of packages delivered DOES NOT correspond to what is indicated in the transport document, you must IMMEDIATELY challenge the person in charge of delivery for the lack.
We remind you that to obtain compensation for any damage it is important that the shipment is accepted by signing the courier's delivery document! (Attention not the copy of the accompanying invoice).
If the package is damaged or tampered with, take a photo of the damaged / tampered side and one of the entire package, then unpack the goods. If it is broken or damaged, place it next to the package and take a picture of the broken pieces. Similarly, in the event of a tampered package, check that everything is there and if you should check that something is missing, take note. Then send us everything by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start the dispute procedures with the courier and the related insurance.
Wait at that point to be contacted by us or directly by the insurer who will ask you if the shipment has actually arrived broken and / or tampered with, (of course you will have to confirm that the package was damaged).
Then we will get you back the products with a new shipment free costs.
If when you open the package you notice that there is an error on the item shipped?
Don't worry, contact us immediately using the form on the website or send us an email to email@example.com with a description of what happened and a photo of the item received in error and we will agree together on the optimal solution.
