Warranty, defects and returns

All Vietri With Love products are high ceramics products made entirely handmade according to the Vietri Ceramics Regulations.

Each piece is signed and accompanied by its certificate of guarantee and authenticity. Our ceramics are made with non-toxic materials and colors intended for ceramics and tableware for food use.

They can be washed by hand and in the dishwasher.

Defects of conformity

The use of manual work and the craftsmanship of the production process can never guarantee the perfection of an industrial execution. Vietri With Love will not be able to consider imperfections that may fall within the scope of normal and accurate manual processing as defects.

If, however, you find a lack of conformity on the purchased good, a non-conformity with the description shown on the website or if the product should have obvious defects beyond the craftsmanship of the product or damage not attributable to transport, all you have to do is promptly notify us (within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of the goods) by: online via our form, by email writing to info@ceramicavietresestore.it, letter-telegram (the letter must be sent to: DR Solutions Srl- Largo Alessandro Lala, 30 -80125 Naples - Italy)

Also send us photos of the alleged defect and as soon as we receive your communication we will contact you and give you directions for the return and refund or exchange of the product. Nothing will be charged to you, everything is at no cost.

Refunds and Returns

With us, you can change your mind.

If you have changed your mind and want to change or cancel your order, don't worry; you just have to let us know before the goods have left (when the goods leave you receive an email) and in any case within a maximum of 3 days from your order. Of course, you can also decide to change only part of the order, giving up only some of the items you bought. We will refund you the price of the products you have canceled and the corresponding delivery costs as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from when we became aware of your withdrawal.

If, on the other hand, you have received the goods and they do not meet your expectations or needs, you can return them; the communication must reach us within a maximum of 2 days from the delivery date by providing the following data:

- order number

- in case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products to be returned

- Bank account details

- the holder of the current account must be the same holder specified in the billing address

The notice of withdrawal can be provided:

- by e-mail to the address: info@ceramicavietresestore.it

- by form; “contact us”; that you find on the website

- by classic mail (using the standard form prescribed by law, but it is not mandatory -the letter must arrive us within 10 days of receipt of the goods)

We will refund you the price of the products you have renounced, EXCLUDING the corresponding delivery costs.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from when we received the goods back and checked their status.

The goods must be returned at your expense, by courier, perfectly packaged, at your own risk to the address:

Nothing will be refunded for goods received broken or damaged even partially. If you decide to notify us by letter of the partial or total cancellation of the order placed, please note that this must arrive, in order to exercise your right, within the shipment of the goods. Once the goods have been shipped, you can, however, return them, but according to the methods described below. Any customs charges incurred will not be refunded.
